A Unique Penthouse with jacuzzi and sauna in Athens. This is a unique place in Athens especially for a couple visiting Athens, but not only.
It is located in a very convenient location in the centre, having the privilege of a green oasis full of plants as well as a top floor jacuzzi as well as a Sauna overlooking the city of Athens.
The space
The flat has a modern design and it is located on the 6th floor of a building. It
has a double room with a Tempur matress for maximum sleeping experience and an ensuite bathroom. There is a small office table where sits a 25” TV and also a projector screen where you can watch movies inside. There is a small kitchenette which takes you outside on the unique indoor glazed and bright sitting area surrounded by plants. The living room has a comfortable couch and a fire stove, where you can watch a movie on another projector screen.
The rest of the space is outdoor, a small oasis in the centre of Athens, which also has an outdoor cooking area and an Ooni Pizza Oven where you can try your Pizza skills and impress.
The outdoor space is great for relaxing and also work out. There is a bluetooth speaker LG system where you connect your device and listen to the music.
The custom made staircase takes you up to the top floor where you will find yourself in a unique SPA area with a city view.
There is a built Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) and a Wooden traditional Sauna where you can relax any time of the day or night.

The are a lot of parking places (indoor and outdoor) as well as public parking by the meter.
Other things to note
the flat is on the 6th floor of a 2006 built building, and the elevator goes up to the 4th, so there are two sets of stairs.

“The place and its host is highly recommendable. Me and my father were interested in a place we could rest after enjoying the historical heritage of the city We looked for a calm place but not separated from the city life. We enjoyed the neiberhood restaurant and community bars, but as it was a long stay, also needed a place to work online. The place answered all these needs and the host was more than understanding and friendly. Its a perfect place for people like us who want to see Athens in an active way, but then to have a refuge to reset. We came in Winter, but I imagine in Spring and Summer you can also enjoy the balconies for breakfast: we’ll be back to use this opportunity as soon as possible”
